Experience the beautiful city of Prague, Czech Republic while earning three hours towards your Masters of Accounting degree—and enjoy the history and culture that this major European Capital city offers. While in Prague and on the excursion to Ceský Krumlov, students will visit offices of major businesses to better understand the professional and business environment in Europe.

ACC 510 will equip you with the research skills you need to be successful in today’s accounting profession, no matter the discipline, while experiencing the rich culture and history of Prague. Classes meet over a three week period, with a three-day, two-night excursion to Ceský Krumlov included.

Students will live in student accommodations outside of the city center of Prague. It takes approximately 20 minutes to travel to NC State Prague and the city center by public transportation.

The Director will notify students of the required arrival date and time and students make their own travel arrangements. Instructions on how to get from the airport to student housing will be provided prior to the program start date.

Financial aid is generally available to help qualified NC State students meet the expenses of NC State study abroad programs. Students from other institutions should contact their home institution study abroad and financial aid offices for information.  For additional funding, NC State students should consider applying for a study abroad scholarship from the Study Abroad Office.
